Solar Skin is a modular profiles system.
They consist in :
1- Body profile : The main profile hosting the tensioning channel(s).
2- Socle profile : Sliding underlying supports that reinforce the body profile’s inertia, and allow for the use of standard mechanical fasteners (Snut).
3- Cover profile : Clippable finishing profile, allowing to insulate and protect the tensioning channels.

All profiles will expand in a coherent way, preventing galvanic corrosion risks.
Solar Skin Edge-channel configurations allow for frontal tensioning on peripheral frames.
If your profile is positioned directly against a counter wall or a facade protrusion, the membrane will still be securely inserted and comfortably tensioned in the “Edge channel”.
